01GAME RULES
- PRICE AND ALLOCATIONEach build attempt costs 0.05 BNB plus the BNB Chain network fee. When an attempt is resolved, 8% of a standard block or 16% of an engraved block is allocated to the protocol; the rest enters the jackpot. A block that collapses the tower is not refunded.
- WHO ENTERS THE DRAWEvery block added to the tower participates in the winner selection with equal weight. More blocks in the tower give a wallet a higher overall chance. The block that causes the collapse is not added to the tower and is excluded from selection.
- HOW THE WINNER IS CHOSENFor risky builds, the contract uses verified Chainlink VRF randomness to determine whether the block is added or the tower collapses. After a collapse, a separate random value selects one block from the completed tower; the winner is not chosen beforehand. Its owner claims the jackpot from the contract. Guest or Citizen status, engraving and King status give no advantage.
02PRIZES, REFUNDS AND REFERRALS
Jackpot prizes, referral rewards and eligible refunds are recorded by the contract. They are not pushed automatically: the entitled wallet submits a separate claim transaction, and the amount remains accounted for until a successful claim.
A registered referrer receives 25% of the protocol allocation from each resolved block of the referred builder; this does not reduce the block's jackpot contribution. A unique referred builder counts toward Citizen status after a confirmed block is added to the tower.
03FINANCIAL RISK WARNING
You can lose the full 0.05 BNB block price and all network fees on every build. Your block may cause the tower to collapse, and participation in the winner selection does not guarantee a prize. Participation is speculative entertainment, not an investment, savings product or promise of income.
BNB and USDT values can change. USDT amounts shown by the interface are estimates; the exact obligation is denominated in BNB.
Smart-contract, wallet, oracle, RPC and network failures are possible. Verify the network, contract address and wallet confirmation before signing.
04TERMS OF USE
Use Babylon only if you are legally an adult, have authority over the connected wallet and participation is lawful where you are located. Access is prohibited where this mechanic is restricted.
You are responsible for wallet security, taxes and every name, advertisement, message or website you submit. Engravings are moderated and may be hidden or rejected. Placement, impressions, visits and commercial results are never guaranteed. Illegal, deceptive, infringing or harmful content may be reported.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. The interface cannot cancel a confirmed transaction or recover a private key. Contract rules, not interface estimates, determine settlement.
05PRIVACY POLICY
Wallet addresses, transactions and engraving hashes are public blockchain data. Do not put private or sensitive information into an engraving.
The service processes limited session, security, moderation, report and operational data. It never asks for or stores your seed phrase or private key.
Locale, legal consent and pending-transaction recovery may be stored in your browser. Server data is retained only for security, operation, moderation and legal obligations under the published retention policy.
